Is Mail Sender free?

Yes. Creating a workspace and linking Gmail accounts is currently free. Your AI provider may need its own paid plan for custom connectors.

Can AI send email without my approval?

No. Sending, deleting and calendar changes always wait for your confirmation, in the dashboard and in ChatGPT or Claude.

Why might Google show an unverified app notice?

Gmail permissions need an independent Google verification. Until it completes, Google may show an extra warning before you allow access.

What if my private connection URL leaks?

Reset it from Connect AI in your dashboard. The old URL stops working immediately.

Can I remove my data?

Yes. Disconnect a Gmail account to delete its stored token, revoke access at Google, and ask us to delete your Mail Sender account.
