These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mail Sender (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Mail Sender lets you link Gmail accounts you control and access them through a web dashboard and through AI assistants you connect using a personal connection URL (Model Context Protocol) or API key. Mail Sender is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, OpenAI or Anthropic. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password, connection URL and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and through your connection URL.
- You may only link Gmail accounts that you own or are authorised to access.
- Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised use, and reset your connection URL from the dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware or deceptive messages;
- harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person;
- violate any law, including anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws, or Google's terms and policies;
- access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with or overload the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission.
We may suspend or disable accounts that break these rules or that put the Service, its users or Google's platform at risk.
4. AI assistants and your instructions
Actions performed through a connected AI assistant (reading, drafting, sending email) are performed on your instructions and on your behalf. AI assistants can make mistakes or misinterpret content, including instructions hidden inside emails. You are responsible for reviewing what your assistant proposes, especially before emails are sent. Your use of each AI assistant is also governed by that provider's terms.
5. Third-party services
The Service depends on Google APIs, hosting providers and the AI tools you choose. We are not responsible for the availability, changes or conduct of those third parties. Google may show an "unverified app" notice or limit access while our app verification is pending.
6. Service controls and availability
To protect users, the Service operator may temporarily pause the Service or individual features (for example sending email) at any time. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any email will be delivered.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to your emails and data. You give us a limited permission to process them only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Plans, fees and renewal
The Service has a Free plan and paid monthly plans described on our Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically every month through our payment processor, Razorpay, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your dashboard; the paid plan then ends immediately, and linked Gmail accounts above the Free plan's limit are paused (not deleted) until you upgrade again. The same applies when a renewal payment fails. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which then applies from your next renewal.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail Sender and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service, including emails sent, not sent or misdirected through the Service or an AI assistant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mail Sender and its operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time: disconnect your Gmail accounts, revoke access in your Google account, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections 9 to 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
