How does billing work?
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically through our payment partner Razorpay. You can pay by card, UPI AutoPay and the other methods Razorpay offers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Plan & billing in your dashboard. Your paid plan ends immediately and you move to Free. Accounts above the Free limit are paused, not deleted, and come back when you upgrade again.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan switches to Free straight away and accounts above the Free limit pause. Razorpay retries the payment; once it succeeds, your plan and accounts are back automatically.
Do I keep accounts I linked before paid plans existed?
Yes. Accounts you linked before paid plans were introduced keep working on the Free plan. The limit only applies to new accounts.
